Your survey is personally undertaken by an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with 20 years' professional property experience and extensive residential development and construction experience. Level 1
RICS Condition Report
A straightforward survey of the property's condition, using clear 1–3 traffic light ratings. It tells you whether anything needs urgent attention and what your solicitor should investigate — without repair advice or a valuation.

RICS HomeBuyer Report
A more thorough inspection with practical advice. We look closely at damp, timber, roofs, drainage and structural movement where accessible, then explain what each finding means for you as a buyer and what it's likely to involve to put right.

- Buyers wanting negotiating evidence
